Need to return ? Just follow these simple steps:
- You can call us or e-mail us within 7 days after delivery.
- Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns and ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items including original NewShop tags and dust-bags.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Self-ship the returns and please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 5 days from date of raising the return request.
How do you return?
You can return the product in following way:
Self-ship to our Return Cell: You will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Return Cell within 5 days date of raising the return request. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt in our warehouse.
All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below:

Refund option for you
All sizing issue returns are refunded as store credits, which can be redeemed by you within a span of one year. Returns can also be refunded as bank transfer to your bank account or will be processed through the same online mode in 16 working days
Your refund amount only includes price of items of the returns accepted post validation by our quality team.

- If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product please send an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly.
- Your returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
- Your returns not validated by our Quality team will be shipped back to you on to pay basis as per your request received via email/phone
Refund – Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 16 working days.
Cancellation - Cancellation will be excepted within 2 Hours of Placing an order.
